Hi I got my request for staff denied, and I was wondering if I could get some tips on what I could add. Thanks ;)

Be sure to have a good amount of hours on the server. Write a descriptive, truthful reason as to why you would be a good staff member on the server. Have lots of previous staff experience. Become known across the community.

- Watch how the current staff handle situations in game for your own benefit (If accepted you go into a trial phase to demonstrate your abilities to us). - Be more active on the forums from now on. - Get to know the staff more (I haven't talked to you yet). - Even though your not staff yet doesn't mean you can't help enforce the rules.
